No doubt Audi is a luxury car in India.
When the German luxury car
Audi car entered the Indian Market in 2004, ever since then it emerged as a status symbol car and is owned by many popular celebrities, businessmen and sports personalities owned the luxury car.
But, the first owner of the Audi in India was Ravi Shastri who won the iconic Audi 100 in Benson and Hedges World Championship of Cricket in 1985. The former cricketer won the car after the match against Pakistan.
Notably, Ravi Shastri was honoured with the “Man of the Series” award for the tournament that took place in Australia and as a reward he received the Audi 100 in the Benson and Hedges World Championship of Cricket in 1985.
