Maha bureaucrat IAS officer Sanjeev Jaiswal served look out notice stopped from flying out of India
In a fresh development the Enforcement Directorate has served ‘Look Out’ notice to IAS officer Sanjeev Jaiswal and stopped from flying to Sri Lanka. Jaiswal reportedly has been under the probe agnecy’s scanner for an alleged Covid Center scam.
Jaiswal was the additional commissioner of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) when Covid struck the Nation
In the midst of a search operation at Sanjeev’s house, last month in connection with the alleged scam, the ED reportedly found property documents worth crores from Sanjeev Jaiswal’s house.
Jaiswal, who was with his wife onboard the aircraft, claimed that he had permission from the state government to fly abroad, but wasn’t allowed to fly on the basis of a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued by the probe agency.
