Relief for Ramesh Kadam Ex-NCP MLA Mumbai Court
Grants him bail; walks out of jail after 8 years

Ramesh Kadam, the Ex-NCP MLA was arrested in 2015. On
Sunday, 20 August, he walked out of jail after being granted bail in one of the several cases lodged against him.

Ramesh Kadam, was ensnared in a scam involving the Sahityaratna Lokshahir Annabhau Sathe Development Corporation (SLASDC).

Following the court order, Ramesh Kadam, in custody since 2015, walked out of prison on Sunday.

After the exposure of the scams, a chronicle
of cases were filed against Ramesh Kadam.
In March of this year, the Bombay High Court had granted him bail in one of the most important cases registered against him at the Dahisar police station in Mumbai.
