Onam, the harvest festival of the Malayalees was also celebrated by film celebrities. Malaika Arora and sister Amrita Arora celebrated the auspicious festival with their parents by “Wishing everyone a very happy n prosperous Onam… momsy you are the worlds best cook”.
Actress Malavika Mohanan shared several pictures attired in a traditional white with golden border saree and gold jewellery. She added sun glasses to accentuate her traditional look.

Whereas Dulquer Salmaan, son of veteran actor Mamooty, shared a photo in a traditional outfit and revealed Onam is his favourite time of the year. “Wishing you all the most joyous Onam filled with love, peace and prosperity.”
Tovino Thomas shared a photo with his wife Lidiya Tovino celebrating Utharadam on social media. In the image, they twinned in flower flower-printed ensemble.
A few days ago, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan celebrated the first day of the Onam with their twin sons. In the image, the family of four were seen in the traditional white-golden ensemble.
