Anand Mahindra lauds Indo-American rapper for his recent performance
It’s a very well-known fact that industrialist Anand Mahindra Chairman of Mahindra Group notwithstanding his busy schedule, is an active social media user and often opines on various issues. He is also a lover of art and music.

Anand Mahindra recently, opened up on his love for desi rap on social media. He goes on to mention that it is a form of voicing thoughts for the new generation. In his social media post, he spoke on the Indo-American rapper Sooraj Cherukat. Posting a picture of the rapper, Anand Mahindra lauded the talented rapper for his recent performance which generated a big craze on the internet. He shared the post on his X handle (formerly Twitter) and wrote, that he has recently posted on the exceptionally talented young women of Indian origin making waves in indigenous American music genres.
He further added that though rap is not everyone’s cup of tea but this Kerala based guy from and now Bengaluru via Texas has emerged as a cynosure of eyes across US for his authentic sound and remarkable raw videos. In particular, his latest: Big Dawgs, featuring the Well Of Death or as he knew it when he was a kid. It apparently seems like there’s no form of music young Indian trail breakers can’t cross into.
As per the post, Anand Mahindra also attached the YouTube link that was posted on July 10. Reportedly, the rapper devoted the song to the people who risk their lives everyday to make their ends meet and keep the bonfire of their house burning. The song went viral generating more than 39 lakh views on YouTube.
The Industrialist’s post too went viral soon. Many users commented on the post and one user commented, “Thanks for highlighting the talented youths. You are a great person with a positive outlook and encouraging talent.” while another user wrote, “Indians will rule the world!!!”
