Sreeleela vamooses of Varun Dhawan’s upcoming comedy?

Earlier, there were reports in the media that Sreeleela has been roped in for the film, said to be her debut vehicle in Bollywood.

Now it is learned that the telugu actress has staged a walk out from the upcoming David Dhawan’s directorial produced by Ramesh Taurani featuring Varun Dhawan. The producer is in no mood to be silent over the news and has issued a statement disproving the rumours. It is also learned that the first schedule of the film wrapped sans the telugu actress.

However, Ramesh denies the telugu actress’s walk out from his project and none else has been approached or roped in.

Tips Films’ producer Ramesh Taurani makes it known that they are still in the process of finalising the cast.and the initial shoot has just been wrapped up.

He further went on to add that added that update announcement will follow once they lock some other actress for that role. Until then, he requests and fans not to go by any rumours.

While not much is declared about the plot of the comedy film, it is believed that the film will focus on a love triangle and how it results in a confusion in the man’s life, packed with lots of humour. Many reports reveal that the filming began on July 12 at Mumbai’s Mehboob Studios following which the production is expected to shift to other locations.

When it comes to the professional sphere, Sreeleela was last seen in Guntur Kaaram with Mahesh Babu. She is also known for featuring in films such as Kiss, Bharaate and Dhamaka.

Meanwhile, Varun was last seen in Bawaal, where he shared screen space with Janhvi Kapoor. He will next be seen in Atlee’s Baby John, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari and his much anticipated web show, Citadel: Honey Bunny.
