Actress Madalsa Sharma adressed rumoured rift with actress Rupali Ganguly after she she exited from “Anupamaa”.

Following actor Sudhanshu Pandey’s exit from “Anupama” Weeks ago Madalsa Sharma also quit as she felt that her character wasn’t getting enough importance on the show. But she clarified her exit from the film had nothing to do with the rift rumours with actress Rupali Ganguly.

In the midst of chat with the media Madalsa revealed that she wasn’t much impressed with her ongoing storyline on the show but the six month leap actually facilitated her decision to make an exit from the show.

In Anupama, Madalsa essayed the role of Kavya. Further clarifying on her exit from Anupamaa, Madalsa said it was a mutual decision between her and producer Rajan Shahi.  s
She also shared that her character Kavya was “losing its edge” and added, that she has been feeling that Kavya had not been given the importance and space that she formally had in the show.
