Renowned Filmmaker Ashwini Iye who has given successful filmd like Bareilly Ki Barfi, Nil Battey Sannata and Panga is coming up with a courtroom drama, an Amazon Prime film featuring
Sonakshi Sinha and Jyothika. The plot and the name of the project is a secret but the social justice aspect is set to move the viewers.
The shooting begins in Mumbai from next month. Interestingly, Farhan Akhtar is one of the producers of this film which has gathered much attention.
The project has been in work for the past two years. Initially, the makers wanted to cast Kareena Kapoor and Kiara Advani in the lead role but the negotiations couldn’t be finalised.
