Reportedly, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be moving to their ₹250 crore Pali Hill bungalow on the festival of lights-Diwali set to celebrate Diwali by moving into their Rs 250 crore bungalow marking a new beginning for the Kapoor family.

Sharing the news through an official statement, Alia and Ranbir expressed their gratitude and requested privacy as they begin this new phase of their lives.
Their statement read, “Diwali is all over gratitude and new beginnings. As they move into their new home, are thankful for all the warmth and support shown to them and hope they can continue to rely on their privacy and that of their family, home and wonderful neighbours.
The bungalow, spread across six floors, stands on the site of the former Krishna Raj bungalow, the Kapoor family’s long-standing residence. The newly constructed property reportedly features state-of-the-art interiors, multiple entertainment spaces, and a lush terrace garden.

Among Bollywood’s most expensive homes
the new Pali Hill residence is among the costliest celebrity homes in India. The house will serve as the primary residence for Ranbir, Alia, their daughter Raha, and Ranbir’s mother, veteran actress Neetu Kapoor.
For the Kapoors, the move holds sentimental significance, as it brings together memories of the past and the promise of a new beginning — fittingly timed with Diwali, the festival of lights.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt has added another feather to her cap. The actress recently bagged her sixth Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her performance in Jigra, surpassing legends like Meena Kumari, Nutan, Kajol, and Vidya Balan.
Sharing behind-the-scenes moments from the film on Instagram, Alia wrote, “This one will always stay closest to my heart … not just for the story they told, but for the incredible people who gave it life.”
Next up, Alia and Ranbir will reunite on screen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love And War,
co-featuring Vicky Kaushal releases sometime in March next year,.2026.
