Amidst the buzz around the war drama, a report of the veteran actor shooting for a song sequence is doing the rounds on the internet.
As per reports, the song was filmed in Pune in May 2024 featuring Dharmendra and Jaideep Ahlawat. The sequence showcases the veteran actor’s character going for his college reunion.

According to a source the song will be played in the background initially with visuals of Dharmendra meeting his old friends. “Then it moves to the foreground as his friends get him to the dance floor and he shakes a leg. It’s a fantastic moment!”
In the movie, the college has been shown to be in Lahore, though it was actually shot in Pune.
Meanwhile, choreographer Vijay Ganguly opened up about working on the song with the cinema legend. He revealed that “shooting with Dharmendra was amazing, as he was vibrant and full of life.
The film is based on the life of PVC Arun Khetrapal, who laid down his life for the nation at the age of 21. The Sriram Ragahavan
directorial was scheduled to hit cinema houses on December 25, 2025. However, since Aditya Dhar’s ‘Dhurandhar’ is showing no signs of stopping at the box office, the makers shifted the release date. Producer Dinesh Vijan expressed that a movie like ‘Ikkis’ needs a solo release. Hence, now the film will hit theaters on January 1, 2026.
