Arijit Singh drops Independent Song ‘Raina after “call off” from playback
Following his announcement of stepping away from new Bollywood playback assignments, singer Arijit Singh released an independent romantic ballad titled ‘Raina’ on 27 February 2026
The song is composed by Shekhar Ravjiani (marking their reunion after 2023’s “Kasam Se”) with lyrics by Priya Saraiya.
Notedly, this release comes directly following his announcement of “calling-off” from playback singing to focus on independent music, though he mentioned fulfilling prior commitments.
Song ‘Raina’ is described as a soulful, romantic track released under Garuudaa Music.
