Trump running out of ammunitions by – #RKB #AdvPradeepNambiar

🇺🇸NYT: The Iran war has significantly drained critical U.S. amunitions stockpiles, leaving US forces less ready for potential conflicts with Russia or China. The U.S. has used approximately 1,100 long-range JASSM‑ER cruise missiles (out of a total inventory of around 2,600), over 1,000 Tomahawk missiles, more than 1,200 Patriot interceptors, and over 1,000 Precision Strike and ATACMS missiles. The cost of the 38‑day war before the ceasefire is estimated at between $28 billion and $35 billion – roughly $1 billion per day. In the first two days alone, the military expended $5.6 billion in munitions. The Pentagon is awaiting congressional funding to replenish supplies, and defence manufacturers have not yet begun expanded production despite long‑term agreements. Patriot and THAAD interceptors have been redirected from Asia, including from South Korea, to the Middle East.
