News comes to the fore that veteran actor Ranveer Singh is all set to headline and produce a grand-scale film adaptation of Amish Tripathi’s The Immortals of Meluha, portraying Lord Shiva in a planned trilogy. To be Produced by his banner, Maa Kasam Film in collaboration with Birla Studios, this ambitious project is expected to begin production in 2028.
Currently in the script development and world-building stage.
Production kicks off in 2028. Ranveer is not just acting, but also producing the project. The film will adapt the fantasy novel’s portrayal of Shiva as a hero saving a civilization.
