In the midst of his final engagement in Australia, Prime Minister Modi gifted legendary Australian cricketer Steve Waugh an archival, framed photograph of their first meeting nearly 20 years ago. The touching moment occurred at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground while PM Modi was serving as the Chief Minister of Gujarat.
The rare throwback keepsake deeply touched the former Australian captain.
