US-based Indian diaspora organization, Hindus for Human Rights, has asked Prime Minister Modi to engage directly with activist Sonam Wangchuk and protesting students regarding the NEET irregularities. The group called for immediate dialogue and institutional accountability to address ongoing exam failures.
Wrote an open letter urging PM Modi to meet with the protesters, provide a substantive response, and create a credible, time-bound process to fix examination and governance failures.
US-based advocacy groups also gathered outside the Indian Embassy in Washington, D.C., raising placards to demand the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
