Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Thursday met Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde
with a delegation of farmers from the north Maharashtra district and discussed many issues of the state.
In the midst of his talk with the media personnel, Raj Thackeray affirmed that the very first issue purports to the people living in BDD Chawl in Mumbai.
The second issue was New Mumbai’s CIDCO houses earlier costing Rs 22 lakhs and hiked to Rs 35 lakhs. It was our demand to retain with Rs 22 lakhs. There was also a discussion for providing houses to the policemen with a request for allocating houses to the policemen as well.
Another issue was to suspend teaching of Marathi subject in Marathi schools. Bewilderingly, even the Chief Minister wasn”t aware about the issue.
Raj Thackeray also slammed at Uddhav Thackeray for politicising deaths due to heat stroke amid an event in Kharghar saying that many people were also killed during Covid-19 wave under MVA government due to negligence, and murder cases should be registered against those responsible
Following his meet with the MNS Chief Raj Thackeray, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde asked officials not to recover short term agricultural loans forcibly in Nashik district in view of the losses suffered by the farmers there due to the recent unseasonal rains and hailstorms
