Veteran actress Farida Jalal boards Akshay Kumar’s Welcome To The Jungle
No doubt Farida Jalal is an exceptionally talented actress and quite natural in the portrayal of her character. She has co-starred with many big actors and in big banners and directors.
Recently, the actress has joined the cast of Akshay Kumar’s
Welcome To The Jungll in which she essays a key role and has also started shooting for the film in Mumbai.
A source reveals that In the bauckdrop of her age Farida takes up fewer projects nowadays and because she’s selective about the work she does adding, that she was on board when she heard the script and found it to be a family entertainer.
She has maintained one thing all these years in that she always stars in films that a family can sit and watch together, right from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001) to Batti Gul Meter Chalu (2018).”
The Ahmed Khan’s directorial , the film boasts of a cast comprising comedy veterans, including actors Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade and Johnny Lever, along with actors Raveena Tandon, Jacqueliene Fernandez and Disha Patani.
