David Dhawan recalls giving Amitabh dialogues on folded paper amid Bade Miyan Chote Miyan

David Dhawan, acknowledged for making crowd pleasing films in the 1990s, recently shared his experience of working with Amitabh Bachchan. David and Amitabh collaborated in the 1990s hit Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. Amitabh, known for signing films with a bound script, started working with David, a director who would write the dialogues on the set.

David, in a chat with media recalled that he would fold a paper in half with Amitabh’s dialogue on one side and ask him to read from it. “Bachchan saab would tell me – he would give him the line on a folded paper and Amitabh would say show him the rest and would tell him this is his this is all he have to say. They had a great time.
