Actor Deepak Tijori clamours ‘apology’ in defamation case,

The actor urges for a formal “public apology” from the journalists and newspapers involved.
Deepak has informed the Bombay High Court that he will not accept anything less than a “formal public apology”, thereby opting to contest the petitions filed by several journalists and newspapers challenging a magistrate court’s defamation proceedings.
Amidst a recent hearing, Justice Sarang Kotwal asked about the status of settlement discussions between Tijori and the petitioners.
The journalists were represented by their respective advocates, while Tijori was represented by advocate Ajay Panicker.
