Anil Kapoor-Radhikka Madan kick-off shoot for “Subedaar”

Anil Kapoor and Radhikka Madan are roped in to feature in the action-drama “Subedaar”. The makers shared the first photo as the filming kicks-off. Fans have also reacted to the announcement.

Taking to their Instagram handle, Prime Video shared the photo in which Anil Kapoor is spotted perfomring an intense action scene.
Radhikka Madan will essay role of Shyama, daughter of Anil Kapoor’s character, Subedaar Arjun Maurya.

Anupam Kher congratulated Anil Kapoor for the film. Fans also wished the actors.

Subedaar is a joint production of Opening Image Films and Anil Kapoor Film & Communication Network (AKFCN), with Vikram Malhotra, Anil Kapoor, and Suresh Triveni as producers.

This Amazon Prime Video original film ensures a unique blend of action, drama, and emotion, making it a must-watch for fans of the genre and set to bring a unique cinematic experience to viewers worldwide.

For those unversed, the third installment of the Welcome series has been announced, featuring Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon, and Paresh Rawal, among others.

In an interview Nana Patekar,acknowledged for his recent role in The Vaccine War, shared that the success of his character ‘Uday Shetty’ was inseparable from Anil’s ‘Majnu Bhai’ and that the magic of Welcome required them both. He revealed that although approached for the upcoming film, he and Anil Kapoor turned it down due to dissatisfaction with the script.

Radhikka Madan was last seen in Sarfira with Akshay Kumar. The film proved a debacle at the box office.
