Nana Patekar basks on success of ‘Vanvaas”
Veteran actor Nana Patekar is a happy today as his latest starrer “Vanvaas” hit the screen on Friday.
The Maharashtra Murud-Janjira, January 1 1951 Nana Patekar is a highly acclaimed Indian actor, acknowledged for his powerful performances in Hindi, Marathi, and other regional cinema.
He belongs to a middle-class family and is son of Dattatray Patekar and Nirmala Patekar.
Initially Nana pursued a career in painting before emerging as an actor.His personal life has remained relatively private. He was married to Nivedita Patekar, and the couple has a son named Malhar Patekar.
Nana Patekar is acknowledged for his intense roles in films Parinda Krantiveer Welcome and Taxi No. 9211. His versatile acting skills and unique screen presence have won for him numerous awards, including the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for Agni Sakshi (1996) and Filmfare Awards for Best Villain.
Nana has also been involved in various social causes, including efforts related to the farmer’s welfare and water conservation.
His performance in the recently released film “Vanvaas” speaks volumes of the actor’s performance.
