Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer ‘Stree 2’ turned out to be an all-time blockbuster at the box-office. But in his recent interaction with the media, Amar Kaushik, director revealed how the actress was cast in the film.
As per Kaushik the credit for Shraddha’s casting goes entirely to Dinesh Vijan as they met on the flight. He told him when she laughs, she looks exactly like Stree, that witch. Something like that he said he isn’t sure.” They both are now being trolled for their comments by netizens. One wrote- these misogynist men are never going to appreciate her work or her acting but see this is how they talk!!!!” Another said, “The joke is on him. First you promote the film on her name, make crores and then start mocking her in interviews to sound cool.”
