NCB: Hostile witness Prabhakar Sail fails to appear before SET- Gyaneshwar Singh
Gyaneshwar Singh- Head of SET – Special Enquiry Team informed that the Hostile witness Prabhakar Raghoji Sail has failed to appear before the SET appointed to investigate his affidavit with certain allegations of bribe and coercion into signing of the Panchnama in case CR/94/2021. The SET tried contacting him over the phone as well as informing him through the media.
Mr Gyaneshwar Singh further added that since Hostile witness Prabhakar Sail was also being examined by Mumbai Police, the Commissioner of Police has been requested to convey to the Hostile Witness Prabhakar Sail to appear before the SIT at CRPF Camp, Khadkeshwari Rd, Bandra.
It has to be noted that the sworn affidavit of Hostile Witness Prabhakar Sail , wherein he mentions wrong mobile telephone no which actually belongs to another person Hanik Bafna as Sam D’souza, Hanik Bafna has lodged a complaint against Prabhakar Sail of mentioning him and his mobile telephone as “Sam D’souza”.
Further Politician Sanjay Raut named “Sam D’souza” the black dressed person , it turned out to be Kunal Jani.
