Ranveer’s exit from ‘Don 3,’ prompts Farhan to focus on ‘Jee Le Zaraa’
For quite a timespan Ranveer Singh has been headlining. Earlier, it was the ‘Kantara’ controversy, then came the blockbuster success of ‘Dhurandhar’, and then the surprise news of his exit from ‘Don 3.’ Following Ranveer’s exit from the movie, Farhan Akhtar found it pertinent to find the next perfect fit for the role. This can be a tiring and time-consuming process altogether. Thus, Farhan is taking his time in finding Ranveer Singh’s replacement.
In the meanwhile, he is now focusing on another big dream project of his – ‘Jee Le Zaraa.’ featuring Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt. This movie has again caught Farhan’s attention, and reportedly, he is currently focusing on new developments on this project.
Given that ‘Don 3’ is crucial, Farhan Akhtar is as of now focused on ‘Jee Le Zara’ as it’s his feeling casting of Don is crucial. He wants to be absolutely sure on who steps into the role, and it is a longer process. It’s further learned that the ‘120 Bahadur’ star is reconnecting with the leads Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas to finalise the project. Reportedly, the script for ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ has been completed and locked. Then what’s causing the delay? On the one hand, where people can wait to catch three stars – Alia, Katrina, and Priyanka in one frame, on the other hand, the filmmaker is finding it difficult to align their dates for the shooting.
