While no official replacement title has been finalized, the team feels the current title might not fully capture the film’s theme, with reports suggesting they might move away from using “Lahore” in the title.
The film is an adaptation of the acclaimed play
Jis Lahore Nai Dekhya O Jamyai Nai.
The discussions regarding a name change arise as the team aims for a more suitable title ahead of its Independence Day 2026 release.
