Twinkle reflects on role reversal with mom Dimple Kapadia
Notedly, actress Twinkle Khanna has reflected on a “role reversal” with her mother, veteran actress Dimple Kapadia, noting that their roles have “flipped” over the years.
As a daughter, she now feels a strong desire to curate special moments and adventures for her mother, just as Dimple once did for her amidst her childhood. Twinkle expresses a desire to “show Dimple the world,” citing past memories where her mother introduced her to adventures like the Great Migration in Tanzania and trips to Kashmir.
She notes that she is now taking on the nurturing/guiding role, aiming to bring joy to her mother by sharing experiences, such as attending a Sufi festival together in Jodhpur.
