Anil Kapoor says he is just husband and father at home not celebrity
At the trailer launch of his film Subedaar
Anil Kapoor humorously revealed that notwithstanding his decades of stardom, no one in his family is his fan, not even his wife.
He described the “another word” or reality of his home life with these details:
Wife is oblivious: He shared that his wife often doesn’t know about his professional life, recalling that she asked “Which film?” when he told her he was going to his own trailer launch.
He stated, “No one’s his fan at home and get no special treatment.
He went on to joke that he still asks his wife for cash (Rs 10,000–15,000) before heading to a shoot, adding that it keeps him grounded.
“They treat me exactly the same”.
Notedly Anil Kapoor made these candid confessions to highlight that at home, he is simply a husband and father, not a celebrity.
