Recenty Salim.Khan explained that Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan cannot share true camarderie because “there cannot be love between rivals”. He noted that while they maintain courtesy and professional respect, their intense competition in the industry makes deep camaraderie impossible. Salim felt that one shouldn’t expect them to celebrate each other’s successes like true friends would.
As top-tier actors, they are inherent rivals rather than peers anthey can behave with courtesy and mutual respect, but not deep affection. Salim stated, “It’s not possible” to expect one to truly celebrate the success of the other’s film.
He mentioned in 2013 that the industry environment makes genuine, deep bonds in that scenario unlikely.
