Alia Bhatt consults Sadhguru parenting advice for Raha

Alia Bhatt recently consulted Sadhguru for parenting advice concering her daughter, Raha amidst a conversation in Chennai.

When Alia asked how to know if she is being a good parent, Sadhguru responded that “a worried parent is not a good parent,” advising parents not to burden themselves with excessive worry.

Sadhguru emphasized maintaining inner balance and not “winding” oneself up, suggesting that inner calm is essential for effective parenting.
This was at an event hosted by the Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) at The Leela Palace, Chennai.

Chosen by her grandmother (Neetu Kapoor), the name means peace, joy, bliss, and freedom.
In Swahili, it means “divine path”; in Sanskrit, it refers to a clan; in Bengali, it means “rest” or “comfort”; and in Arabic, it means “peace”.

Mahesh Bhatt revealed that family members sometimes call her “Rahu”.
