Actress Mona Singh has voiced immense pride in her longtime friend and co-star Gaurav Gera for his acclaimed role in the Aditya Dhar’s directorial film Dhurandhar. Crediting his success as a “personal victory,” she highlighted their intense camaraderie that dates back to the show “Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin”.
Mona also went on to reveal that she actually stopped Gera from accidentally breaking his Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) regarding his look and character in the film. She advised him to stay silent to keep the surprises under wraps.
She called his success deserved, praising his hard work and stating that actors should be like “chameleons” to play such roles.
Notwithstanding her praise, Mona admitted she has not yet watched the second installment of the film because of its long, four-hour runtime.
