Actress Sai Pallavi amidst a promotional event for her upcoming Bollywood debut, Ek Din, expressed intense gratitude toward Aamir Khan for the opportunity to enter Hindi cinema. The film, which is backed by Aamir Khan Productions and featuring son Junaid Khan, releases theatrically on

Ek Din marks Sai Pallavi’s first Hindi film following a successful career in South Indian cinema.
The film is an adaptation of the 2016 Thai movie One Day, after a romantic, quiet love story amid two colleagues.
Junaid Khan plays a shy office worker who falls in love with his colleague, played by Sai Pallavi.
Meanwhile Sai Pallavi describes this new venture as a “fresh beginning” and calls her journey to this point as both emotional and humbling.
