State inspectors uncovered alarming health and sanitation breaches, including live rodent infestations, open and unmaintained drainage lines, cockroaches and rodents near food prep stations at Hotel Radha in Malad (West) and improper storage of raw meat and dairy.
Invoking Section 32(3) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, authorities ordered an immediate halt to all food manufacturing, preparation, storage, and distribution operations at the non-compliant units.
