After their explosive theatrical reunion, powerhouse actors Divyenndu and Abhishek Banerjee are set to share the screen once again in a massive new project. Breaking away from the gritty, regional gangster dynamics that defined their iconic character pairings, the celebrated duo will headline an upcoming grand-scale empire drama.
The yet-untitled web series is being produced by Endemol and will stream globally as an Amazon original.
Stepping into a completely unfamiliar world, the high-stakes narrative centers on the architecture of a sprawling empire. The storyline promises to dissect the cutthroat world of supreme power, soaring ambition, and the complex psychological dynamics that come with building and protecting a dynasty. The makers are building a larger-scale cinematic universe designed to explore a completely different, unseen side of both performers.
While specific details regarding the time period, character names, and exact release timeline remain strictly under wraps, production plans are actively underway. Fans can expect a masterful exploration of authority and betrayal, marking a sophisticated new chapter for two of the streaming world’s most versatile talents.
