Controversy-ridden Mahua Moitra once again hits the headlines in cash-for-query case
TMC MP Mahua Moitra, hours following the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee recommending her expulsion from the House in ‘cash-for-query’ case, Mahua shot back that it was a fixed-match right from the beginning.
According to Mahua, for her, it’s a badge of honour because she thinks she goes down in history as the first person to be unethically expelled by the ethics committee whose mandate never even extended to an expulsion. It’s only the privileges committee that can recommend an expulsion.
She further added, that this was a fixed-mach from the beginning.
