Censor Board cleares John Abraham Sharvari starrer “Vedaa’ sans any cut.
Notably after Sharvari’s recently released Munjya entered the 100 crores nett mark in India, now it is”Vedaa” in which she shares screen space with John Abraham.
“Vedaa” faced problem with the Censor Board in getting the Censor Certificate.
The makers, reportedly, last week released a press note that the film was sent to a revising committee sans even giving a proper explanation to the movie unit.
Vedaa is slated for theatrical release on Independence Day, but, the statement from the team has put the film’s release in a dilemma. After that, it was learned that the revising committee of the censor board would watch the film on Monday. The latest development is that the movie cleared all censor formalities today, Tuesday, 30 and was granted a U/A certificate.
Interestingly, Vedaa is said to have passed the censor process without even a single cut. A three-minute trailer will be unvieled this week.
The Nikhil Advani’s directorial Vedaa deals with an important issue, and also features
Tamannaah Bhatia and Abhishek Banerjee in crucial roles.
