that August 12, is a day of remembrance to the most charismatic and vibrant mother of all time…her strength, her warmth, her sense of etiquette and aesthetics… but most significantly her faith and love of all things bright and beautiful for them all… There is no need to say anymore…” Teji Bachchan, born on August 12, 1914, was not just a devoted mother but also a social activist and a psychology teacher in pre-independence Lahore.
