Shweta Tripathi broke her three-year vegetarian “fast” during the shoot of
Mirzapur: The Movie because of the delicious feast arranged by her co-star Ali Fazal, who flew in special chefs from Lucknow while filming in Benares.
The actress shared several details about the upcoming big-screen adaptation in her conversation with the media. The film’s narrative draws from Season 1, revealing a previously unseen chapter set at a time when Munna was still alive.
Describing herself as a massive fan of the franchise, Shweta expressed excitement over the scale of the project, stating that the boys have done a fantastic job.
Notwithstanding the deep onscreen action, she highlighted the close, family-like bond the cast shares after working together for nine years.
