Ajay Devgn returns to his signature high-octane roots in the newly announced action-thriller feature, “Chauhaan”. The Jio Studios presentation is co-produced by Colour Yellow Productions and is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on October 1, 2027.
Ajay Devgn stages a comeback to a fierce, larger-than-life action-hero avatar, marking a gritty shift from some of his recent comedy projects. The Neeraj Yadav directorial film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aanand L. Rai, and Himanshu Sharma. This marks Devgn’s first collaboration with filmmaker Aanand L. Rai.The Tribute: The title was officially unveiled on the birth anniversary of Devgn’s late father, the celebrated stunt choreographer and action director Veeru Devgan.
The gritty teaser video features the 1991 released classic Hum track “Jumma Chumma De De” in the backdrop and introduces Devgn as “Chauhaan,” sporting a skull-printed bandana to face down armed guards.
