This video message was following an initial midnight address on Thursday.
PM Modi expressed appreciation for the positive suggestions and engagement from youngsters, stating that their connection and bond of affection will grow stronger. The digital outreach follows ongoing student protests and demands surrounding examination irregularities and the proposed tougher anti-paper leak laws and fast-track courts.
