PM Modi launches ‘Nasha Mukt Yuva Abhiyan’ to empower Youth against Drug Abuse

Prime Minister Modi officially launched the ‘Nasha Mukt Yuva Abhiyan’ today, a nationwide initiative aimed at eradicating drug addiction among the youth. Addressing a massive gathering of students and young professionals, the Prime Minister urged the younger generation to take complete ownership of this campaign and transform it into a mass movement across the country.

In the midst of his address,
PM Modi emphasized that the energy and potential of India’s youth are the driving forces behind the nation’s future development. He noted that substance abuse not only destroys individual lives but also severely impacts families and national progress. The newly launched campaign focuses on institutional support, community outreach, and peer-to-peer counseling to identify and assist vulnerable individuals.

The Prime Minister called upon educational institutions, sports organizations, and digital influencers to actively collaborate, stressing that a drug-free India is essential to achieving the vision of a fully developed nation.
