The bench ruled that the creative expressions used in the show do not constitute criminal offenses under the Indian Penal Code.
The court emphasized the vital importance of protecting artistic freedom and free speech, noting that satire and comedy should not be subjected to criminal prosecution unless they pose a direct threat to public order.
