The shoot for Umesh Bist’s upcoming untitled romantic thriller kickstarted its first shooting schedule in the scenic hill town of Nainital, Uttarakhand.
Bringing together an exciting and fresh powerhouse trio for the very first time, the film features Janhvi Kapoor, rising star Sreeleela, and Siddharth Gupta in leading roles. Jointly produced by industry stalwarts Ektaa Kapoor of Balaji Motion Pictures and Guneet Monga Kapoor of Sikhya Entertainment, the project promises to explore the darker, gripping, and more complex facets of romance.
The narrative introduces a high-stakes, obsession-driven love triangle centering around two women who become deeply infatuated with the same man, setting the stage for a tense psychological drama. The picturesque landscape of Nainital serves as the backdrop for this intense cinematic outing, marking a return to the region for Janhvi Kapoor who earlier filmed Mili and Roohi in the area and a homecoming for Siddharth Gupta, who returns to his native state for the project.
