BJP ally invites Abhijeet Dipke to join his party

Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment and Republican Party of India-Athawale chief Ramdas Athawale has extended an open invitation to Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke to join his party. Speaking to reporters during his official tour to assess the drought situation in the Dharashiv region, the veteran leader urged the young activist to consider aligning with the ruling National Democratic Alliance faction to advance social causes.
The Union Minister stated that if Abhijeet Dipke identifies as an Ambedkarite, he should join the RPI-A to help mobilize the youth and strengthen the party with the core philosophies of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

Emphasizing the strength of the current administration, Athawale noted that the ruling alliance remains formidable under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whom he described as the captain of the political ship. He suggested that joining a ruling constituent would provide a stronger platform to fulfill constitutional dreams and work toward societal welfare.
The invitation comes at a time of heightened political activity surrounding the Cockroach Janta Party and student-led movements.

While Dipke has earlier maintained a stance against entering traditional electoral politics, the RPI-A leadership believes that his participation could significantly boost youth engagement within their organizational framework.

The party stated that it welcomes active young leaders who are committed to institutional and social reforms to join their front.
