Siddharth Anand’s next directorial is standalone mega budget actioner

Director Siddharth Anand has announced his next as a standalone actioner. This project is touted to be something different from his earlier War, Pathaan and Fighter.

Reportedly, he has locked his directorial venture and it is learned that the venture is produced under his Marflix Pictures production house a pace with producer Mamta Anand. The filmmaker seems to be immensly excited to start work on it. If sources are to be believed, he will be taking out time for this one notwithstanding an hectic lineup of forthcoming projects.

For the unversed Siddharth Anand also turned producer along with the aerial actioner Fighter featuring Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor. He has been working on the script for a while now, and he is overwhelmed to kick-off with the ninth directorial of his career.

By the way, Siddharth Anand is also a producer of ‘King’ featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan which is a
Sujoy Ghosh directorial.

The filmmaker is as of now busy with his another venture, Jewel Thief, featuring Saif Ali Khan and collaborating with him after 17 years. As per a source, the filmmaker is also working on the script of Krrish

Besides these, the filmmaker is also said to be developing a female-led action film, currently in its casting stage. Rumours also suggest that Anand may be working on sequels of Pathaan or even Tiger V/S Pathaan. Lets wait and watch.
