Authorities in Navi Mumbai have launched a formal investigation into the activities of Sanpada resident Vishal Moreshwar.
A fresh registered FIR accuses Moreshwar of using a popular YouTube channel to broadcast highly exaggerated, fabricated claims designed to mislead the public and falsely elevate his status. An FIR was filed at Vakola Police Station under No.0683 dated 12.06.2026 at 19.22 pm

The most severe charges stem from Moreshwar’s claims of access to the highest levels of global and domestic governance.
Moreshwar asserted he attended an exclusive meeting alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New York on September 23, 2024 and claimed the Prime Minister personally appointed him as the Chairman of Alliance Indus (India Chapter).
He stated he is the only Indian national ever invited to preach inside the White House, the Pentagon, and the United States Senate.
Ghost Networks and Shadows of the Past

In addition to political fabrications, the investigation targets Moreshwar’s alleged financial and historical misrepresentations. He has publicly claimed ownership of Niche Finance Dubai and Armour Group, boasting of a $5 billion fund disbursement that authorities believe is entirely fictitious.
The case has also renewed public scrutiny regarding Moreshwar’s past. Investigators are re-examining his historical link to Kenneth Haywood, a US national whom Moreshwar allegedly assisted in fleeing the country during the sensitive 26/11 terror attack investigations.

Legal experts and civic leaders emphasize that falsely using the name of the Prime Minister’s Office to build personal credibility damages institutional integrity. Because Moreshwar has failed to produce any verifiable evidence or official documentation to back his claims, authorities are under strict orders to pursue full legal action for public defamation and the deliberate spread of dangerous rumors.
