Amitabh Bachchan remembers Nana Patekar

In a deeply emotional broadcast, Indian Cinema’s Legend and host Amitabh Bachchan delivered a poignant tribute to the late Nana Patekar during a recent episode of his long-running quiz show. Addressing the audience with a voice heavy with grief, Bachchan announced the sudden passing of the legendary actor, describing it as an irreparable loss for both Indian cinema and the nation.

Bachchan fondly recalled Patekar’s memorable appearance on the sixteenth season of the show, highlighting how the late actor chose to donate his entire prize winnings to support struggling farmers in the drought-affected villages of Maharashtra. The Legendary actor’s mortal remains was consigned to flames at his farmhouse in Pune’s Donje village. Earlier his body was transported to his farmhouse in a decked ambulance from Goa.
