NCP announces key leadership appointments in major organizational re-shuffle

The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has officially announced a significant reshuffle within its organizational leadership to strengthen the party’s grassroots network and national presence. NCP National President and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Ajit Pawar finalized the key appointments during an official ceremony at the Devgiri residence in Mumbai, in the presence of Rajya Sabha MP Parth Pawar and senior party officials.
As part of this major structural update, Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) Zeeshan Siddique, son of the late veteran politician Baba Siddique, has been appointed as the new Regional President of the NCP Mumbai unit.

At 34 years old, Siddique becomes the youngest leader in the party’s history to head its Mumbai organization. The party leadership expressed firm confidence that his dedication and appeal to the younger demographic will actively expand the party’s footprint and breathe new life into its urban base across the metropolis.
Concurrently, Solapur district party president Umesh Patil has been elevated to the role of National Chief Spokesperson for the NCP. A highly articulate and strategic communicator, Patil has been entrusted with the responsibility of representing the party’s policies, ideology, and core values at the national level while effectively leading the party’s narrative across media platforms.
Following the announcement, both newly appointed leaders pledged to work with complete dedication, carry forward the visionary legacy of the party’s stalwarts, and build a highly resilient, people-centric organizational framework to serve the citizens.
