Oscar Awardee A R Rahman hosts kirtan at his Dubai home, video goes viral
AR Rahman, Oscar winning Music Composer, recently hosted a “Hare Krishna” Kirtan at his Dubai home. A video filming the event has gained momentum on the Internet.
The video displays Rahman, alongside a large group of attendees, enjoying the devotional songs dedicated to Lord Krishna, the ‘Supreme Lord of the Universe’ and the video also shows Rahman smiling and bobbing his head gently to the melodic tune of the bhajan.amidst a large gathering of people.
Recently, Rahman hit the headlines in social media when he promoted the song
“Main Parwaana” from Pippa amidst Cyclone Michaung which severely affected Chennai and Andhra Pradesh.
