TCS HR Manager Nida Khan has emerged as key facilitator in dangerous sex racket.
Going by investigations to the
TCS Nashik controversy, Nida Khan the HR manager referred to by colleagues as “Dabangg Ma’am”—is accused of being a key facilitator in a “dangerous” organized racket involving sexual harassment, forced religious conversion, and coerced adoption of Islamic traditions.
She worked with team leaders to lure, entrap, and silence female employees.
Investigators noted her role in enabling sexual harassment by suppressing complaints, failing to act on POSH protocols, and supporting accused colleagues.
The case highlights the failure of internal company mechanisms to protect employees. Allegedly she put pressure on women to wear burqas, adopt Islamic customs, and change their faith.
Victims reported that Nida Khan pressured them to wear burqas and follow specific religious practices.
SIT investigations suggested she was not just negligent, but acted as a “mastermind” in a broader “corporate jihad” racket, according to some reports. Allegedly she turned a deaf ear to harassment complaints, telling employees that certain actions were “common in MNCs”.
Following the registration of multiple FIRs, Nida Khan went on the run.
