FWICE President BN Tiwari recently hit back at CINTAA President Poonam Dhillon, stating, that she can come join them and click photos,” adding that she had been dodging his calls regarding the ongoing ‘Don 3 non-cooperation dispute.
When CINTAA President called the FWICE’s directive against Ranveer Singh “strange” and claimed CINTAA was left in the dark,
Tiwari hit back by clarifying that he had written to her to mediate but accused her of not taking his calls. He told the media that the FWICE are not here to degrade anyone and do not need to exhibit their power.
All that the film body said was that they will not collaborate with Ranveer Singh till such time he has the basic ethics to share his version of the evolving case.
FWICE issued a non-cooperation notice asking members not to work with Ranveer Singh following his abrupt exit from ‘Don 3’ referencing that a “superstar” is not bigger than rules or the system”
However, Ranveer’s team have maintained that he holds deep respect for the franchise, but view the issue as a contractual matter that shouldn’t be handled through federation-led public directives.
